Theater Games for the Lone Actor   This book are many of the Spolin games  designed to do by yourself
Impro: Improvisation and the Theatre Keith Johnstone does for character (who) what Spolin does for the space (where)
Truth in Comedy: The Manual of... The "Harold" and the long form improv - very informative and important
  Something Wonderful Right Away The story of how it all started - a good oral history of Second City
 The Artist's Way : A Spiritual Path to...   This workbook takes you where improvisation is heading only several steps further 
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni This is a great book for team building. I've incorporated theater games for each of the five dysfunctions.
